I hope this helps you guys. If you have traffic, start working on conversion. Use google optimizer to test. Its very easy to install and use.

    1. Don’t touch page unless you are measuring it. You might might make it worse.
    2. Make 1 change at a time. Measure. Then make the next change.
    3. Headline <<< Add it or Change it
    4. Video or Images <<< Add it or Change it
    5. Text <<< Add it or change it
    6. Color of Links? Maybe << Test
    7. Call to Action Words - Call to Action Buttons <<< Test
    8. Banner Ad Placement
    9. Sweet Spots of the Page
    10. Look at the page and see if you clear away the clutter. Keep focus where you want visitor to go.
    11. Look at software, ClickTail
    12. Might want to go to Conversion Conference by Tim Ash << This is where the big boys go. Top of the Line
    13. Getting Reviews of your programs from Real People. Like facebook like button or any reviews similar like Amazon Reviews.
      1. Getting a professional Review, someone with high creditability, writing about your product and saying they like it.
    14. Heat Maps - There is software to see where people are clicking on your site.

    15. Don’t make changes on a site unless you have plan.
    16. Make a back up of the original page and you can always go back if you make a mistake.
    17. Don’t have rotate images on the page you want to convert. The rotating image making a person hesitate to purchase. NO GOOD.
